March 2024: Listening Session Follow Up & Next Steps

We had about 50 people respond to the online survey or attend one of the in-person listening sessions. There were lively discussions at the in person sessions that generated many strengths and opportunities for our parish as well as pointing out areas in which we can improve.

Father Jerry, the staff, PPC members and the Mission Teams have some great material with which to develop a fruitful strategy.

✅ March 2024: Pastoral Council Reviews all Listening Session Data
April 2024: Fr. Jerry, Staff, & Pastoral Council develop the parish values
April & May 2024: Strategic Planning Retreat Days & Goal Setting
