Prison Ministry

Most Blessed Sacrament is called to Live the Gospel and Bring Others to Christ beyond the walls of our parish including to those at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution.

Our prison ministry is a concrete way we live out the corporal works of mercy, especially visiting the imprisoned. Through our prison ministry, we serve inmates in various ways including leading Bible studies, praying the Rosary together, and walking with individuals through sacramental formation.

This work is simple, but not easy. It requires consistency, humility, and a willingness to show up. And yet, those who serve often find that they receive far more than they give.
